Here is the text of a letter I just sent to Roselyne Bachelot.

Madam Minister ,

I am writing to express my disagreement and my concern over the remarks you made in response Last Wednesday, a topical issue raised by Mr. Jean-François Lamour about the failure of the France team in world football in South Africa.

You have indeed described the national team as a team "where bullies to control immature kids scared." You are not without measure, I am sure, the scope and connotation of these words, which probably would not have been used for other sports.

As Minister of Youth and Sports , I believe it is essential that you avoid, under media pressure to yield to such language facilities. They regulate nothing, and may contribute to brand a bit more people in the suburbs, which are nothing to do with the failure Sports Federation French Football.
